Saturday,
the 14th: At
10:00
walk across the street to the renovated train station,
the home of the O. Winston Link Museum,
to enjoy a private tour given by John Pilcher
Bradshaw. (John had a part in its creation some
ten years ago). That will be followed by a visit
to the downtown market area for a series of short
stops here and there, and lunch. We'll then
proceed to the Transportation Museum,
where we'll actually be able to put our hands on one
of those big old steam locomotives. Finally
we'll gather back at the
hotel to be taken to dinner either
on the patio of the Roanoke Country Club if weather
