A guard that has its front too far from the trigger may allow the trigger to be snagged as the rifle is shifted;  a belt buckle could cause an unintended, tragic, firing.


The idea we’re giving you is to develop a guard carefully sized such that it won’t be set too far away from the trigger.   


Shooting Sight would then sell your guard as replacement for all those dangerously far guards.….
