Here's a little thank-you poem for the hostess and host. 

Just a few notes:

     - Kahtheereenee and Butros are Catherine and Peter in Arabic. 
     - Shokran is thank you in Arabic, too.

     Dear Kahtheereenee, Butros,

     Shokran, shokran, shokran.

     We loved the way that you chose

     To celebrate your mom.

     Your dinner was to die for, 

     So yummy!  Healthful, too:-)

     We didn't have to diet or

     Do laps around the pool.

     (Not that we would have, anyway!)

     'Twas such a treat to be there,

     Midst all those super folks,

     And hear about who, what, where   

     Made them such int'resting blokes.

     Hip!  Hip!  Hooray

     To Neergards.

     You pulled off quite a coup,

     And didn't make it look hard.

     We're stickin' close to you!
