In the rework of Neergaard's photo, my main objective was to remove some
of the flash reflection from Fred's glasses, also to soften some of the
facial highlights (nose tip, cheekbone) that result from the flash. I ran
up the lighting some on the background & clothing to bring the color
up. Also I made the photo 576 pixels wide, a dimension I propose to keep
on all except, possibly, large group shots.
